We’ve never tried to make cloud bread vegan. If you find a way, we’d love to hear about it!

It sounds like you should make them flatter for sure – do they look like the pictures?

15 more minutes seems like a lot. Did you change any of the ingredients, by chance?

It’s mainly on the thicker parts, should I make them more flat?

I’d keep them separate for sure, and keep the bag opened a little so the “bread” doesn’t get too wet :)

If I want to take it for work the next day, should I make it up as a sandwich or should I keep the Cloud Bread in a baggie by itself and then make sandwich at work? I just wonder how it holds up with some mayo and turkey lunch meat on it.
Thanks!
