How much of each ingredient should I be using for a batch of 12 using regular size muffin tin? Don’t want to mess up the consistency!

In reply to sarah.

Yes, I had to cook them for an additional 15 minutes too. Mine overflowed a bit so next time I will not fill up so high. Delicious though!

Hi there! I have several egg bite recipes to choose from that use the whole egg – you could use those as a base and then add whatever “toppings” you’d like: https://mycrazygoodlife.com/?s=egg+bites

I have made them many times and I usually pressure cook them for 9 minutes and 6 minutes natural release. Seems to work for me. Just finished making egg bites and meatballs. The meatballs need to cook for 35 minutes on pressure and immediately release. They are perfect.

I love these!!!!!! Just like Starbucks! The only thing is I used a metal muffin tray because I don’t have silicone, put them in the oven with a large baking pan of water on the bottom, covering the top with tin foil.. ended up keeping them in the oven for like 40 minutes in the end.

All of the recipes are tested in a 6, so there’s that. But steam will help!!

Hi Alicia! Are you using the steam function? Did you cover the egg bite molds? What size is your pot? They should all be cooked after 8 minutes.
