I’m sorry you thought it was bland. Did you use white noodles or wheat? That could be why it was gooey, if you used white.

Sorry you found the recipe vague. Add dry noodles to the pot for the last 30 minutes of cooking time. I hope that helps :)

In this recipe, not for the carrots and peas. If you were adding in frozen cauliflower florets, for example, I might add another minute onto the cook time.
