Really quick and easy! Very filling – I used ground turkey, wheat spiral noodles, 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can rotel, onion, mushrooms, beef broth and alot seasonings –
I’m on WW so I toasted a piece of my 45 cal. Sara Lee bread and sprinkled it with garlic 😋

Hi Gail, Personal Points are different for everyone. You’ll have to add these ingredients into the WW online calculator to have it give you your personal points. :)
