Not usually a fan of ground turkey, but you managed to zhoosh it up into something delicious! I’m glad I made a double batch. Also broiled at the end for a little color.

I found that making balls helped me make 12 evenly sized portions, then I just went and flattened each into a patty, so I knew the nutritional info is reasonably close (no Silpat yet!)

Hi Tina,
We used Very Well Fit website to calculate the nutrition facts for this recipe. The ground turkey on their site does not state any brand name, but is listed as 99% fat free. We always recommend calculating your own nutrition facts based on the brands you purchase :)

What ground turkey did you use? This recipe comes out 176 calories and total of 103.5mg of sodium.

Any bone broth will work. I usually use chicken :)
