I went by what the recipe stated. My family doesn’t like a lot of spice so I omitted the pepper flakes & went light on the cayenne pepper. The steam from browning the legs was harsh to my eyes.

I think it would be great! I don’t add salt to my recipes so my readers can salt their own–with so many different health concerns and taste buds, I feel like leaving salt out allows everyone to get exactly what they like :)
